Who is the 8-Week Beginner Challenge for?

If you are new to the gym and strength training this guide would be perfect for you. The programmed is structured around beginners and we start with the basics and building gradually as you become stronger and find your flow.

If you have also been training for 1-2 years and have not been seeing the progress you have expected, then following this structured programme would benefit you too.

We have tailored programmes for men and women to cater to their unique needs and goals.

How is the programme delivered?

The programme has been created as a PDF so you can have access to it anywhere. All videos, exercise demonstrations are linked through the PDF so you will have full access to the entire library of videos regardless of where you are.

Why is the programme 8 weeks?

8 weeks is the perfect amount of time to start introducing fitness into your lifestyle without it being too overwhelming. By the end of the 8 weeks you should have established a great routine, with great results to match!

What equipment do I need to take part?

The programme is gym-based and so requires you to have access to an equipped gym. Should some equipment not be available in the gym, we have included alternate exercises so you can be sure you complete each workout fully and benefit maximally from them.

What kind of workouts can I expect?

The workouts are all strength training focused and we will be focusing on building foundational strength across all fundamental movement patterns. This will help us shred body fat, build muscle, and ultimately transform your body.

The programme for men will have more of an upper body focus, whereas for women, we have more of a lower body focus.

Is it in English only?

The programme is currently only in English, but depending on demand we may create Arabic versions too.
