MANUAL

A resource I'll share that focuses on practical steps for you to transform all areas of your daily life - from optimising sleep and stress to embedding habits that serve you and ladder up to your goal

MOVEMENT
ASSESSMENT

I will assess how you move, your mobility and strength to get a clear understanding of any imbalances, weaknesses or focus areas - all of which will ultimately inform the training

SCHEDULED CHECK-INS & ONGOING SUPPORT

You'll be shared check-in forms to guide your feedback and will be an opportunity for me to review your training & tracking and make any adjustments. Plus, you'll be able to contact me for feedback when needed

BESPOKE TRAINING PROGRAMME

Structured in blocks of 4-6 weeks, the training follows a progressive structure, and is designed specifically with your goals, training history and movement ability in mind

NUTRITION
PROGRAMME

There is never a one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition, so after uncovering what’s best for you in the consultation, I will develop a nutrition programme specifically for you

300+ VIDEO EXERCISE LIBRARY

With over 300+ video demonstrations, I will take you through how to perform each exercise and give you cues, the do’s and don’ts so that you get the most out of each session

These will be shared with you to track all key metrics that we agree on - weigh-ins, steps, stress, sleep, nutrition etc.

The best decision I made last year was me signing up with Pete. My friend recommended him but I never got motivated, but my sister did. After trying him out for about a month she convinced me to join! OH BOY IT WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I started out in September and it’s been about 5 months give or take. YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED

WHAT CLIENTS DO YOU WORK WITH - DO I NEED TO BE FIT OR STRONG?

I work with clients from many different backgrounds and goals. Some want to change their body composition - lose fat, gain muscle - others want to get stronger and get their first pull-up or achieve a PB, and some just want to lead a healthier lifestyle and look good on the beach. No matter what your interests and abilities are, this is what we'll uncover together and design a plan specifically for you to reach them.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO COMMIT?

The plan will be created based on you goal, needs, wants and abilities. Part of this is understanding your current schedule, lifestyle and how we can get the most out of you in what time you are willing to make available to this journey. This may be 2 sessions a week or it may be 6. I will be realistic with what you want to achieve and the time you're going to need for it and once we have these expectations set we can pull the trigger and get underway.

DO YOU OFFER NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE?

Yes, I will give you a principled approach and meal examples that are created specifically for you and what you want to achieve.

 

There is enough flexibility for you to have it fit your lifestyle and part of the process is educating you so that you can feel confident in social situations and not feeling too restricted or limited.

HOW MUCH CONTACT WILL I HAVE?

I will be reviewing your workout performance and tracking as you go to ensure you're consistent and making progress. Each week you will be required to fill-out a check-in form to give me insight into how you're doing and where may need some additional support. You will have my personal number, so I encourage you to reach out on WhatsApp with any concerns, queries and feedback, or just to tell me how great it is all going! On occasions we will may need to schedule a call to discuss in more detail and this is an option for whenever is needed.
