Who is it for?
For those who want to get the biggest bang for their buck when it comes to time spent training. During the training a single minute is not wasted and every exercise is geared towards the ultimate goal: getting lean.
How is the programme structured?
TRAIN is a programme that focuses on a combination of strength and conditioning training. The first portion of the workouts will be strength-based exercises focusing on building strength and lean muscle mass, whilst the latter will focus on building fitness levels and sculpting.
What you need
The programme is based around barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and cardio machines. Access to a gym is required.
